Andrae and Kayla Roberts have been married for over 20 years and love doing life and ministry together as bivocational pastors and Senior Leaders at Encounters Church in Weston, Florida. Andrae jokes that he’s into “Bibles and balance sheets,” which pretty much sums up his mix of pastor’s heart and accountant’s brain, with a background in corporate strategy and culture. Kayla brings both warmth and expertise as a certified trauma counselor and EMDR therapist, offering a counseling practice filled with hope and healing. Together, they’re passionate about helping people rediscover their identity in Christ, reminding everyone that “God is better than you think, and you can’t imagine Him better than He is.” At home, they’re proud parents to their son Aaron, and their family life is rooted in love, laughter, and togetherness.
